- Back down the road to Nenana only about 10miles – out of water and the knee is pretty locked up, so shortest distance is required – peddling mostly with the right leg – good work out.
- The view to the side of the road is pretty dense – yet I know the forest thins out just beyond
- A Nenana bridge named after Shirley Demientieff, was dedicated by Governor Sarah Louise Palin – Shirley was native Alaskan activist.

- The other bridge is for the Alaska Railroad Train.
- Great Info center here at Nenana – the first thing was directions to the Senior Center Lunch – Great meal for 2.50 tacos and smoked rainbow trout – I am going like this place
- and they have a Catholic Church with a 5:30pm Mass

- Really Beautiful – The Buses from the Princess Cruise stop by here on there way to Fairbanks from Denali Park
- The flowers here in Alaska really are stunning – which is great because they only last a couple of months. then 9 Months of no flowers, just the memories and hope of more.
- the Original 1904 Episcopal Church
- The old Train station – that is the Veterns Memorial bridge behind it
- Came back for Mass at Church, whick was followed by sandwiches and home made soup for dinner with 2 familys, Father Pat and couple of other parishioners – Really nice The father of one family is in the Air Force stationed at Clear AFB It is really interesting and informative to talk with the people living here.
