- Sacred Heart Church Mass – with coffee donuts for breakfast – Yes all is right in the world.
- A great shot of another bridge I crossed while in the tsunami zone. I am feeling a llttle like I am bucking the odds by being on the Oregon Coast. I am thinking there is too much FUD being put out there in the middle of all this beauty and wonder of nature and some great building.
- A little further down the road there is of course now parking a detailed sign on how not to poisin yourself if you were to actually get any wildlife.,
- a really long high bridge out of Newport Just wide enough for the trike.
- and again very important safeguard these, with what?
- and by the way here are just some not all of the ways you can maimed, killed and hurt at the Ocean, just in case you were going to have fun.
- bright sunny day with another tail wind. It is a long way down to the shadow on the water.
- Oh my Gosh, if I had known I was in a Tsunami Zone I would have pedaled faster – I don’t think so. Perhaps some of the cars are passing a little faster to reduce there exposure to life threatening Tsunami.
- Do not forget to not do any of these things while visiting the beach – along with all the others.
- Fortunatly the is a fence and another sign to keep us further back from the view than it used to be. I am also too short to the view from here.
- How did I ever visit and camp near beach for decades with being aware of the dreaded Tsunami threatening me. By the way How High is High enough – Like the Movie 2012.
- I missed the view of seal rock – so pulled into this one same set of signs, higher fence and trash cans you can only through special garage in.
- of course there must be a picture of the ever present seagulls. Hi boys and girls. I wonder what they think of all the signs, other than they get in way of flying.
- Safeguard them from what and by the way what are my valuables. Me, Stocks, bonds, cash, friends. I am sure I can ask at the next Visitor Information Center.
- stopping for a pull out along the oregon coast you must be aware. of a few things. Like no camping, don’t bother 500lb sea lions 200 feet on the rocks below, Tie up any dogs in the area. There is certainly a number of things to be aware of before you get out of your car or off your bicycle.
- this one is a little fuzy since there are no trash cans at this view point, I am not sure how I could generate any garbage or waste here, while following all the other the other signs.
- Up early and feeling good. left early to make church in Newport only about 6 miles out.
- we have run out of room the main sign board and now tack new ones to the side.
- While your here at this view area do not do any of these things – you may lose your valuables to the authorities, who put up this sign.
