- This graffitti caught Michael’s eyel, he was racing along with trains near the highway at about 35kmh.
- This sign means to watch out for garbage trucks ahead – Nice they pick up the trash around here, also lets us know we are coming into a community of some size.

- even though it has rained everyday this is considered the desert climate for Canada. These little cactus stay low to the ground so you can step on them easier and sleep with them.
- Set up the tarp just before the downpour for the night started. Michael slept rolled in his sleeping bag and tarp.
