- Michael is up and up em – asleep by 9pm almost dark, and wide awake by 8am 3 hours after sunrise. we are doing 60+ Klicks (40miles)
- Stopped at Barnhardt road and asked a fellow who was parked there about that road as a short cut into Kamloops – Great fellow, highly suggested the route and it is great. He stayed until Michael caught up to see the ICE Trike
- Really peaceful road to Kamloops Last picture of Canadian and US flag The US flag blew off on a down hill that hit 68km/h (40mph) and not noticed until after the bottom.
- The views are great – and the sun is super – Yes Michael put on Sun Screen today – not yesterday and glows a little.
- This is the grade out of Kamloops – 2000 foot climb up and out from the Fraiser River – This is tough and there is not free camping near Costco for our resupply.
- The view out from a freeway bridge toward Kamloops. Great views – awsome workout.
- It is a long way up – Today has been really something – back in town Keith Anderson from the Kamloops Daily New paper took our picture and interviewed us – may show up in the paper.
- If you think it looks tired you should see his Grandpa. Wow what a climb – Tomorrow 1st stop is Costco for Supplies. Finally finished the 48 packes of oat bars and 24 Cliff Bars. A good Idea though.
- A beautiful view from near the Alpine motel – Another splurge on a motel room, today was mid 80’s and we are beat after another 66km day and heck of climb up.
